Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the u2wallet platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and u2wallet as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
This platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements in Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the u2wallet platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. u2wallet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately by email at support at u2wallet.co. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until we receive your official report.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. u2wallet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification process.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the u2wallet platform solely for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or submitting false information during registration or transactions.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Transferring funds between different user accounts without official approval from the platform.
- Sharing or selling your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any related balance or winnings, and appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the u2wallet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and supported local e-wallets. u2wallet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 30 minutes, depending on the payment method and bank processing time. If funds have not been credited within the expected timeframe, users are encouraged to contact support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the user's name. u2wallet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing time is between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the amount and any account verification requirements.
U2wallet reserves the right to freeze transactions or withhold funds suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or breaches of these terms while an internal investigation is conducted. Users will be notified via their registered email should this occur.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
U2wallet provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that it will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, system delays, or events beyond our control, including natural disasters and internet infrastructure outages.
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software found on the u2wallet platform are the exclusive intellectual property of u2wallet or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of these elements without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. u2wallet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
U2wallet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of serious terms violations, suspicious activity, or requests from the relevant authorities. In cases of fair closure due to a business decision, users will be given at least 7 days' notice via their registered email.
U2wallet reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
